Neighbor Sashae wrote a quick note to tell us about her wonderful experience in our Livonia, Michigan store. Apparently, her dog Katy was allergic to the new food she was being fed, and Michelle stepped up to save the day. Not only did she show compassion for the dog's condition, she made it super convenient for the neighbor to stop in for a bag of her old food and saved her some money, too. Sashae wrote:
I just wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciate
Michelle and John. I called yesterday because I had purchased food for my dog
Katy about a month ago and it broke her skin out severely to thee point of
bleeding! When I called the store and advised the info provided by my vet about
the food, Michelle didn't hesitate to assist in helping to determine the difference
in ingredients between her old brand and the new. The level of compassion she showed on the phone made me feel as if my
Katy was hers. When I went into the store John was already briefed by Michelle
of the situation and was super pleasant in seeing that the food was changed
back. To add to the high level of customer service, she already had Katy's old
brand waiting for me by the register and even hunted down a coupon to help save
me money! I could not have asked for a better experience and they both deserve
my most sincerest thank you. Because of Michelle I can assure you I will never
shop anywhere else for my Katy Bear.
