Oak Lawn, Illinois Pet Center Welcomes New Neighbor with NEIGHBORLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE Open Arms

The Oak Lawn, Illinois team took a moment to show their new neighbor around their pet center and give a quick tutorial on how the dog wash worked, and it made a lasting impression.  She was inspired to write us to tell us how happy she was:

 

 

I visited store #46 in Oak Lawn, IL for the first time last night after purchasing a Groupon. All I can say is WOW. The store was clean and bright and so nicely organized. The staff showed me all around the store, explained all the programs and services available. I used the self-service doggy wash which is terrific. I really appreciate how one of the staff members walked me back and explained how everything worked and provided all the supplies needed. This was a very nice experience and I will certainly recommend it and be a repeat customer.

A big thank you to all and a bonus for the staff at that store please!!
