Team Member Brian turned a bad day good for Neighbor Karen after her puppy got some less-than-pet-centric treatment at another pet store.  This is what she had to say:



Brian loves pets and knows his collars!

I had to take the time to write to you and let you know about my recent experience at the Woodhaven, MI Pet Supplies Plus. I was recently given a German Shepard puppy from my cousin who is a K9 Sheriff in a local county. We had just left the vet and my puppy was out of sorts to say the least. Vet visits are not always pleasant. During our visit with the vet she  mentioned that my puppy was growing so quickly that she needed a new collar. We had already been looking at the Woodhaven store, but they were all too big and I was not comfortable with the thought of getting a collar that just clipped in. This is when I chose to go to another pet store in the area. BAD MOVE! I was never so upset about how my animal had been treated than when I left that store. This was NOT a Pet Supplies Plus where we had our BAD experience.

I left that store and IMMEDIATELY went back to Pet Supplies Plus in Woodhaven. Upon entering the store Brian instantly asked how he could help me. I was very upset and he could see that. I explained what happened at the "other" store and he assured me that he would help me fit my puppy with the proper collar. That he did and he was VERY polite and kind. He knelt down to comfort my puppy and once she was calm he began to assist us in fitting my puppy with a GREAT collar. I will never go to another pet store for anything ever again! I will only go to Pet Supplies Plus in Woodhaven, MI. Brian went above and beyond in giving us excellent service! I walked in to that store in tears and walked out smiling. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
