Neighborly and knowledgeable service goes a long way toward making neighbors happy, and Deena in our Amhurst, New York pet center seems to have it down pat! Deena took initiative to say hello and help this neighbor find what he needed each time he came to the store, and now he feels he must use capital letters to describe her, because lower case just isn't enough! He wrote:

I just HAD to reach out to you today to let you know how DELIGHTED I have been with Deena. She is professional, courteous and helpful EVERY SINGLE time I come to the store.
I ask that she be recognized for EXCELLENT effort and attitude. She is warm and pleasant, and that is so refreshing given the state of customer service these days. I wish all stores in which I shop had someone like Deena.
Too often, customers only contact management when there is a problem. They are slow to praise but quick to criticize. The only problem I see is that the world needs MORE Deenas, but I guess I'll just have to be grateful for the one we have.
Every time I come to your store, she immediately greets me, makes sure I find what I'm looking for, asks me if I have any questions and checks me out after making sure I'm happy.
How could I NOT be happy with such superior service?
