Legendary Neighbor Experience in Chicago, IL

What amazing great customer service you have at Store #66 - 3640 N Elston Ave ,Chicago !!

The founder of Wal-mart, Sam Walton, believed that the goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best, but that it is legendary.

Well, Elizabeth and Jeffery Simonelli made my experience legendary. I approached Elizabeth to ask her about an aquarium stand for a 10 gal tank. Elizabeth actually brought me to the aquarium department and helped me search for a stand. In any other store (Petco,Kmart and even Wal-mart) an employee would just direct me to an aisle for me to look by myself -- how refreshing it was to have such great customer attention !

 Although I didn't find what I was looking for, Jeffery went out of his way to help me search a store in the area to investigate if they sold this particular 10 gal stand. He was personable and friendly. Jeff and Elizabeth made me feel that this Pet Supplies Plus was my neighborhood store.

I am now a Pet Supplies Plus customer for life. I've told my family, neighbors and friends about my experience -- and told them to ask for Jeff or Elizabeth if they need any answers to their questions.

Lew comes to the Rescue of a Picky Pup Parent!

Hey, Lew!
We love this note from a neighbor in Deer Park, NY. Lew’s KNOWLEDGE and NEIGHBORLY advice delights a neighbor.  Pat on the back to Lew for going above and beyond to ensure Coco is one happy pup! 

I visited the Deer Park, NY store on Friday evening, desperate to find a different puppy chow for my very picky puppy who won’t eat. I was totally confused on what to do. The manager Lew came up to me to help and after listening to my issue suggested some other brand name (Dick Van Patten Natural Balance) to try and offered some samples of different flavors.  He was very nice and attentive and I wanted to offer praise for his service. So far Coco seems to like the kibble and I am quite relieved.

Growl-free Returns Generate Loyal Neighbors!

Check out this note from a neighbor in Ohio.  Growl-free returns make neighbor engagement easy! Consistency creates a TRUSTWORTHY environment.

I simply wanted to contact you regarding an excellent customer service experience I had at the Westlake and Wooster Ohio stores. As a new pet owner, I have been making frequent trips to the store for all of my puppies needs.

That said, I purchased an Easy Walk harness about a month ago. However, this weekend the collar portion was believed to be defective and the seams split. I took it into the store explaining this and the customer service was excellent. The Westlake store didn’t have another one in stock, but said they would have more this Wednesday.

I happened to be in the Wooster store this same day and asked there as well. I was allowed to make an even exchange, no questions, etc.

I just wanted to praise the excellent and consistent processes with both stores. This is very refreshing as most places are a complete hassle to exchange anything.
I will be a lifelong loyal customer because of this. I’ve always had great service each time I have shopped at Pet Supplies Plus.

This is exactly what excellent customer service should be!

Great Danes + Neighborly Service= Winning Combination!

This letter is incredible!  Look at the words the neighbor uses to describe his experience at the Brunswick, GA pet center.  Alicia and Kayla deserve a BIG pat on the back for creating a NEIGHBORLY experience that not only the neighbor loves, but also his adorable Great Danes.

I am writing to notify you about the exemplary employees and service that you have at the below identified store.

I frequent this store usually once a week with my two dogs to purchase treats, toys and/or other items for the dogs. All the employees that I encounter in this store are extremely courteous and friendly. Two employees stand out among the rest. They are Ms. Alicia Wooten and Ms. Kayla Martin. I believe that both of these employees have recently been promoted. If so, I’m sure it is due to their exceptional performance and the personal attention that they provide to the customers.

Since I usually have my two dogs in tow when I go to the store (both Great Danes), the dogs are a handful especially when other dogs or cats are visiting the store with their humans. My dogs get so excited when they see either one or both of these ladies. Both of these ladies are very friendly and courteous and unusually and extremely helpful to me. I can’t stress enough how much help these ladies have been to me during my visits to the store. With the two giant dogs in tow (usually me being towed by them) it is difficult for me to maneuver a shopping cart and to shop for the items that I plan to purchase. Ms. Wooten and Ms. Martin (whichever one is on duty at the time) always help me by getting the merchandise that I’m looking for and carrying it to the checkout counter for me. They often go to the store room and get additional quantities of the items that I want to purchase if there aren’t enough on the shelf or so that I don’t have to empty the shelf of a particular item. Both ladies usually carry my purchases out to my vehicle for me since I’ve got the two giant dogs to get across the street and through the parking lot without any of us getting run over.
My congratulations to Pet Supplies Plus for finding such enthusiastic, personable and hardworking employees like Ms. Wooten and Ms. Martin. It is because of these two ladies exceptional customer service that I quit shopping at the other pet store in Brunswick. Please commend these employees/ ladies for their exceptional customer service. They are a credit to and terrific ambassadors for the Pet Supplies Plus brand.
